"WE GET TO DO THIS!"
LOVING. SERVING. GIVING
At Innovation Church, Loving, Serving, and Giving isn't just a phrase. It's our heartbeat. It's who we are. And it's what we GET to do!
Serving is more than filling a position or completing a task. It's an opportunity to use our God-given gifts, make a difference, and demonstrate the love of Christ in meaningful ways.
When we choose selflessness over selfishness, God is glorified, and the love of Jesus shines through us.
Our Serve Teams are made up of incredible people who bring their unique gifts, talents, and passions together to advance God's Kingdom. Whether you're welcoming first-time guests, creating engaging experiences for children and students, serving beyond our four walls, or helping others grow in their faith, there's a place for YOU!
Different gifts. Different roles. One mission.

find your place
You don't have to have it all figured out to get started! From behind-the-scenes support to serving on the front lines of ministry, there's an opportunity for you to make a difference.
Your first step? Discover Innovation!
Before joining a Serve Team, all volunteers are required to complete Discover Innovation—an opportunity to learn more about our mission, vision, values, and what it means to be part of the Innovation Church family.
Once you've completed Discover Innovation, we'll help you explore opportunities to use your gifts, connect with others, and serve with purpose.
